You should advise your mother gently and wisely regarding the importance of prayer on time and the danger of neglecting it, and that work does not justify missing the prayer time. You must also always wake her up for prayer, whether you think she will respond or not, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man passes by except he calls him to prayer or moves him with his leg," and because enjoining good is an obligation, whether it benefits or not.
