Is it permissible to leave the Holy Quran radio playing loudly in an office where there are non-Muslims, especially when the person who turned it on is absent?

If there is someone in the office who listens to the recitation, then there is no harm, and the presence of non-Muslims does not matter. However, if everyone is distracted from listening to the Qur'an, then it should not be played.
