If a man corrupts a woman against her husband, and then the woman wishes to marry him, her father's prevention of her from marrying him is not considered forbidden coercion. The father has the right to prevent her from marrying him, and it is not permissible for a woman to marry without a guardian. However, if the father fears negative consequences from preventing her, he should marry her to him. As for a man's will to disinherit his daughter, it is null and void and impermissible.
