Is there a sin upon one who extended an electrical wire from a power pole to the ground, causing the death of a person by electrocution, knowing that his age at the time was 13 or 14 years?

If someone hangs a wire or a strip on electrical cables in the street, and a person touches it and dies, the one who hung it is held accountable as they caused the death. This accountability includes diyah (blood money) and kaffarah (expiation). The diyah is to be paid by the 'aqilah (male agnatic relatives) of the killer, in cases of accidental killing, whether the killer is an adult or a child. The kaffarah is freeing a slave; if one cannot find a slave, then it is fasting for two consecutive months. The kaffarah is taken from the child's wealth. If the child has no wealth, or if no slave can be found, then if the child fasts in their childhood after reaching the age of discernment, it is sufficient according to the Shafi'i school. The fasting is postponed until puberty according to the Maliki school.
