Is it permissible to perform Hajj on behalf of a brother who works for a religious tourism company and is able to perform Hajj without financial cost?

If the brother can travel for Hajj for free due to his job and wishes to appoint the questioner in his place, there is no objection to this, provided the company approves. If the company approves, the Hajj is valid, and the obligation of Hajj is lifted from the questioner.
