Is it permissible to travel for Hajj as "supervisors" affiliated with a tourism company, paying the full costs and without specific duties, in order to overcome the problem of not obtaining a passport in time, knowing that this obviates the need to enter the lottery for tourist Hajj?

It is feared that the stratagem of obtaining a Hajj supervisor visa for pilgrimage without supervisory work is forbidden. However, combining Hajj with work as a supervisor is permissible if it is possible to combine the two without compromising either. The supervisor must perform the Hajj al-Islam if he is able to perform the rituals without harming his work or his employer.
