Has Allah ordained for a person to live in a specific country, and is sustenance predetermined and linked to a particular place?

Everything that happens to a person has been preceded by God's knowledge and inscribed by the Pen in the Preserved Tablet. This includes sustenance, its means, and its measure. When Allah Almighty wills something, He prepares its means for it. No soul will die until it has completed its appointed term and received its full sustenance. Belief in divine decree does not contradict planning and striving for what is beneficial. If you find yourself between two choices, weigh the pros and cons, consult those with sound judgment, and seek guidance from Allah.
