Am I sinful for having taken a picture of my uncle's wife with the intention of nullifying a magic spell, which was then used in another magic spell?

In cases of doubt regarding waswas (whispering from Shaytan) or sorcery, it is prescribed for the Muslim to perform Ruqyah Shariyyah (Islamic exorcism/incantation) and to diligently observe the daily adhkar (remembrances of Allah). It is not permissible to accuse the paternal uncle's wife of sorcery without clear evidence, as this constitutes ill-suspicion, which is prohibited. Furthermore, it is forbidden to consult fortune-tellers and soothsayers or to believe them. If a picture was given to a sorcerer, it must be retrieved; if that is not possible, sincere repentance is sufficient.
