What is the ruling on money taken from the Swedish government and the ruling on citizenship acquired from it for a Palestinian from Iraq?

It is permissible to benefit from grants provided by a non-Islamic state government if the conditions for eligibility are met without deceit or fraud. A Muslim should demonstrate the virtues of their religion, adhere to truthfulness, trustworthiness, and tolerance, and abide by laws pertaining to citizenship rights and duties.
