Discussion of the Prophets' errors should be confined to people of knowledge and understanding who are not feared to belittle them. The Prophets are infallible from major sins. Minor sins may occur from them, but they do not persist in them; rather, Allah alerts them to these sins, and they promptly repent from them. Allah has forgiven them. Adam's disobedience was due to Satan deceiving him and Eve, and they both repented, and Allah accepted their repentance.
