What is the approved wording of the Ibrahimiyya Prayer in the Maliki school of thought after the final Tashahhud in prayer?

Praying upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the final tashahhud is a sunnah according to the Malikis. Any form suffices, but the best is the Abrahamic prayer (As-Salat Al-Ibrahimiyah), as stated in Sahih Al-Bukhari: "O Allah, send Your prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your prayers upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim, You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Full of Glory. O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim, You are indeed Worthy of Praise, Full of Glory."
