Is the salary that a husband receives from his work in the Human Resources department of a usurious bank, having found no other employment, considered unlawful money?

It is not permissible to work in an interest-based bank unless there is an urgent necessity. The husband must repent from working in this bank, and he must strive to seek lawful sustenance. There is no blame upon him for remaining in his work if he is compelled to, while searching for a permissible alternative. If the wife and children have no lawful money other than the husband's money, there is no harm in them eating from it out of necessity, and the sin is upon the husband. However, if they find lawful money from which they can spend on themselves, then it is forbidden for them to eat from the husband's money.
