What is the latest permissible time for the five prayers, especially Isha and Asr, with a clarification as to whether the time is disliked (makrooh) or not?

Prayer has a time that is precisely defined by Islamic law, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a time-bound ordinance." For each obligatory prayer, there are two times: an elective time, from which it is not permissible to delay it except for an excuse, and a necessary time, to which it is not permissible to delay it except for a legal excuse. One who delays the prayer until the necessary time without an excuse commits a sin. The necessary time for the Asr prayer begins from the yellowing of the sun until sunset. The prayer is considered performed if it is completed entirely before its time expires.
