Am I obligated to pray what I missed of the night vigil (qiyam al-layl) after sunrise, if I prayed Witr before sleeping and did not wake up for the night vigil?

Whoever is prevented by sleep or pain from performing the night vigil prayer (Qiyam al-Layl), it is permissible for him to make it up according to some scholars, and this should be after the sun has risen to the height of a spear.
