What is the ruling on divorcing a woman with a single pronouncement during fasting while in a state of anger?

Divorce occurs whether the husband is fasting or not. Anger does not prevent its occurrence unless the anger is so severe that it deprives the husband of awareness of what he is saying. In that case, divorce does not occur because accountability is lifted. It is disliked to proceed with divorce without a legitimate Shar'i reason, and its rulings may vary between obligation, recommendation, permissibility, and prohibition.
