The answer

The of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is to begin with circumambulation () upon entering the Sacred Mosque, because it is the greeting of the mosque, and because the Prophet (peace be upon him) did it. However, obligatory prayers, missed prayers, or confirmed congregational prayers take precedence over Tawaf, as does Tarawih prayer with the Imam, because it is a Sunnah whose omission is feared. And whoever enters the mosque a few minutes before the call to 'Isha prayer should postpone ' until he finishes Tarawih prayer with the Imam.
