Is using a mathematical system that guarantees a 100% win in gambling considered permissible, knowing that it does not rely on luck or risk?

Gambling is a transaction oscillating between gain and loss, where the participant does not know whether they will gain or lose. It is forbidden and considered one of the major sins. It is not permissible to offer money in competitions, except for what has been explicitly stated in Islamic law, such as competitions involving camels, horses, and archery, and what has been appended to that, such as competitions in Quran, Hadith, and Fiqh. This is because offering money for something that does not benefit in religious or worldly matters is prohibited, even if it is not gambling.
