If the emission of wind is continuous for a worshipper or one performing circumambulation (), then they are in the ruling of a person afflicted with perpetual ritual impurity (sahib al-salas). They should purify themselves after the time for prayer begins and when performing Tawaf, and what is emitted thereafter does not harm them. Therefore, the past 'Umrahs are valid if their conditions for validity were met, and no expiation () is due from them on account of the continuous emission.
