Is a man sinful if his gaze accidentally falls upon pornographic scenes while flipping through satellite channels unintentionally?

Allah has commanded the believers to lower their gaze from what He has forbidden to them. Among the most egregious of these are the pornographic scenes broadcast by satellite channels. Therefore, a Muslim must avoid them. If one's gaze falls upon such a thing inadvertently, one must immediately avert it, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not let a glance be followed by another, for the first is yours, but not the second." And whoever's gaze falls upon something forbidden and then averts it, there is no sin upon him. It is not permissible to own a television except within very strict limits.
