Is saying "May He make your homes prosperous" or "May He grant you victory over your enemies" considered a supplication, and is it answered, even if it does not include the divine name "O Lord"?

A Muslim's supplication using this wording, without mentioning any of Allah's names, is considered a supplication in general, and it may be answered if the conditions are met and the impediments are removed. The one supplicating should observe the manners of supplication, such as praising and extolling Allah, and sending blessings upon the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, before and after the supplication.
