Is a son considered disobedient to his parents if he does not obey them in marrying whomever they choose for him?

If the woman chosen by your parents is pleasing in her religion and character, we advise you to perform Istikhara (prayer for guidance) and marry her. However, if you are not pleased with her for any reason, your parents do not have the right to force you to marry her, and you are not considered undutiful by doing so, though you must still treat them with gentleness.
