What is Islam's view regarding a brother who refuses to reconcile with his brother who came to him on Eid day to end the dispute between them?

What has been mentioned about the brother is not good on his part, but it does not permit cutting ties with him. For the one who maintains ties is not he who reciprocates, but rather he who connects with his kin when they cut him off. And persisting in kindness and maintaining communication despite the severance will result in a good outcome, for it is as if you are feeding them hot ashes, and you will have a supporter from Allah against them.
