Is the events hall attached to the mosque considered part of its sanctity, such that it is impermissible for a unveiled woman to enter it? What are the regulations regarding mixing [of genders], and what is the ruling on "Islamic" songs sometimes heard from the hall? How can the mosque official be warned against cooperating in sin and aggression?

It is not permissible for a woman to leave her home adorned (displaying her charms) to go to the mosque or elsewhere. Rather, she must observe hijab, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "And abide in your houses and do not display yourselves as [was] the display of the former times of ignorance." (Surat al-Ahzab, 33:33). Likewise, it is not permissible for her husband to condone this for her. Instead, he must protect her and prevent her from appearing adorned before non-mahram men, in accordance with the words of Allah Almighty: "O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire." (Surat At-Tahrim, 66:6). Those in charge of the mosque must establish regulations for events held in its halls and oblige people to implement the command of Allah.
