What is the ruling on shaving a baby girl's hair at one and a half years of age for the purpose of regrowth in a better way?

If it is highly probable that shaving a girl's hair will achieve the desired outcome, then there is no harm in it. Shaving a girl's hair on the seventh day is not a Sunnah, unlike shaving a male's head; rather, it is disliked for a female to shave her head. However, if it is proven that shaving stimulates hair growth and makes it abundant, then there is no harm in it, because necessity removes the dislike of something that is disliked (Makruh).
