Which is the correct option for a marriage contract: involving the wife in the husband's ownership, or for the contract to be in accordance with what has been stated in the religion?

Each spouse has independent financial responsibility, and thus has the right to dispose of their own wealth. The Sharia (definition) has guaranteed the wife's rights, so whenever something is due to her, she has the right to demand it. If the husband refuses, she may refer her case to the Sharia judge, who will compel him to pay.
