Is it true to say that the prayer of a wicked person does not go beyond the roof and does not reach Allah the Almighty?

Their saying, "So-and-so's supplication does not reach the ceiling," means it is not accepted or answered. This is a prohibition without knowledge, which is forbidden. Allah's hearing is of two types: hearing of perception and hearing of response. A supplication may be veiled until prayers are invoked upon the Prophet, peace be upon him. Stating generally that unlawful acts prevent the answering of supplications is permissible.
