The answer

What has been mentioned does not constitute mockery. A person suffering from intrusive thoughts should turn away from contemplating this matter, occupy their mind with other things, and fill their time with beneficial activities such as learning and productive work. It is also good for them to seek righteous company that will guide them to good and assist them in it, and they should be wary of being alone as much as possible.
