Is it permissible to give a financial commission to a hotel's purchasing officer in exchange for the hotel buying oil from him monthly?

If a gift is given in exchange for a right that must be fulfilled, or for an unlawful act that must be abandoned, it is considered bribery. Both the briber and the bribed deserve a severe warning, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Allah has cursed the one who gives and the one who takes a bribe in judgment." Therefore, one must repent from bribery and reclaim the money taken from it, and it is preferable to donate it to the needy.
