And are the Imam who recites from memory and the Imam who recites from the Mus'haf (Quran) and has another job equal in terms of salary, despite their equality in the number of prayer days?

If the mosque owner, who pays the salaries, has delegated the matter to the questioner regarding the original hiring of an assistant and the determination of their salary, then the matter is broad, and there is no blame on the questioner for doing what he deems appropriate. However, if the mosque owner has a specific directive and has tasked the questioner with implementing it, then he must adhere to the limits of the agency.
