This issue is known as "Al-Minbariyyah." Its original base is 24, and it is increased to 27. The inheritance is divided into 27 shares: the father and mother get 4 shares each, the two daughters get 8 shares each, and the wife gets 3 shares. The full sister does not inherit due to the presence of the father. Matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is not sufficient. Rather, it must be referred to Sharia courts to verify the existence of heirs, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the inheritors.
