How sound is the circulating story of "angels saving a girl from rape," and what is the ruling on spreading it?

"The authenticity of the story cannot be ascertained due to a lack of knowledge regarding the status of its narrators. However, Allah's response to the supplication of the distressed and afflicted knows no bounds. There is no religious impediment to angels descending to earth and being seen by the oppressed, as they can assume human forms. Jinn might also do this. Women softening their speech to men is the most dangerous temptation for those with sick hearts; hence, Allah forbade it. Disseminating the texts of revelation that call for chastity and virtue is more important than spreading this story, along with clarifying the necessity of providing guardianship for girls and preventing them from traveling with non-mahram men, especially if it involves seclusion."
