It is permissible for a man to combine two women, one of whom is the daughter of the other's paternal uncle or aunt, or the daughter of the other's maternal uncle or aunt. There is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding this, between permissibility and dislike, due to the lack of an explicit text of prohibition and their inclusion in the general meaning of His Almighty's saying: "And lawful for you are what is beyond that." As for a woman uncovering herself before her aunt's or maternal aunt's husband, it is forbidden if they are not her mahram, because the prohibition of marriage to them is temporary. Similarly, it is forbidden for her to uncover herself before her female cousin's husband if he is not mahram to her.
