Is it sufficient to apply for the lottery Hajj, which is available at a lower price, given that there is enough money for a tourist Hajj that is not subject to a lottery?

The most preponderant view is that Hajj is obligatory immediately. If the money left by the father exceeds the basic needs, then Hajj is obligatory upon the son. It is not necessary to seek the mother's permission for Hajj, except to appease her. However, if the son cannot perform Hajj without her permission, then it is obligatory to seek her permission and inform her of the obligation of Hajj upon him. If she does not enable him to perform Hajj, then there is no blame upon him for delaying it.

If the father did not perform Hajj, then it is obligatory to perform Hajj on his behalf from his estate, from the principal amount before its distribution. Someone should be appointed to perform Hajj on his behalf, provided that the proxy has already performed Hajj for himself. If the executor refuses to enable the son to access the money, then the responsibility falls upon him. If the father had already performed the Hajj of Islam, then the sons are not required to perform Hajj on his behalf, but if they do, it is an act of filial piety.
