If the company is an agent for pharmaceutical companies in distributing their products, it must adhere to the restrictions set by the pharmaceutical companies, as this is a requirement of the agency contract. Otherwise, its action would be invalid and prohibited.
However, if the company buys the products for itself and then sells them, it is not obligated to abide by these conditions because they contradict the essence of the contract, which dictates that whoever owns a commodity has the right to sell it wherever they wish. This condition is invalid, and there are two opinions on whether it invalidates the sale itself.
