Has anyone died while prostrating or bowing, and do vomiting or camel meat broth invalidate ablution?

Some biographers among the scholars mentioned that Musa the Younger, Zurarah bin Abi Awfa, and Mujahid died while prostrating. As for vomiting, it does not invalidate ablution according to the more preponderant opinion. Consuming camel meat broth does not invalidate ablution according to the majority of scholars.
