How can one see prophets and angels in dreams, and have their visions come true, while committing sins, hating what they do, and striving to repent from them?

One must hasten to sincere repentance, feel shame before Allah by being mindful of Him and abandoning sins, and repent from unlawful gazing, masturbation, and associating with people who commit sins.

It is also necessary to strive for marriage as a legitimate means to satisfy one's desires. As for seeing the Prophet, peace be upon him, in a dream, it is good tidings, but it does not necessarily indicate righteousness or salvation from punishment.
