What is the ruling on burying a deceased Muslim in a non-Islamic country where there are no Muslim cemeteries, in Christian cemeteries? And is it permissible to wash the deceased Muslim in places designated for washing Christian dead when no other place is available?

If there is no Muslim cemetery, a Muslim should not be buried in a disbelievers' cemetery. Instead, a place should be sought for him in the desert and leveled with the ground to prevent exhumation. If it is possible to transport him to a country that has a Muslim cemetery without excessive cost, that is preferable. As for washing a Muslim deceased in a place where disbelievers are washed, there is no harm in it if no other place is available without difficulty.
