We understand that you conditioned your wife's divorce on her not returning home on a specific day. If she did not return on that day, then divorce has occurred according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion, contrary to Sheikh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah, who views it as an expiation for an oath if divorce was not intended.

If divorce has occurred, you can take her back before the end of her 'iddah if this divorce does not complete the three.

Her 'iddah ends with her purification from the third menstrual period after the divorce, or by giving birth if she is pregnant, or after three months have passed if she does not menstruate.

Diabetes does not prevent the occurrence of divorce.

It is not permissible for your wife to leave your house without your permission, and if she does, she is sinful and rebellious.
