What is the ruling on the emission of prostatic fluid (madhy) when speaking with female colleagues at work during Ramadan and on other days, and what is its effect on prayer?

The emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) during daylight hours in Ramadan does not invalidate the fast if it was caused by looking [at something] or similar. However, it does invalidate the fast if it was caused by touching or foreplay. Its emission also nullifies ablution (wudu) and prayer if it occurs during prayer. One must wash the penis because of it, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "He should wash his penis and perform ablution."
