What is the ruling on buying the services of a company and selling them to another party for profit?

It is permissible for the buyer to own the usufruct of specific services for a known duration or quantity, at a determined price, such as advertising on a website for a limited period or for a specific number of advertisements. It is also permissible to sell this service at a profit to someone who will utilize it in a permissible manner. Similarly, murabaha (resale with a declared profit) can apply to usufructs, such as when a bank leases a usufruct and then leases it to a client with a known increase.
