A sale is valid in one of the following scenarios:

1. Murabaha Sale: Informing the client of the price of the commodity and your profit margin after you purchase it, with the permissibility of taking a deposit as a guarantee of serious intent to buy. 2. Promise to Buy and Sell: A non-binding promise is made, and then the contract is concluded after you have purchased the requested commodity. 3. Agency for a Fee: You act as an agent for the client in purchasing the requested commodity in exchange for an agreed-upon fee.

However, concluding a sales contract before taking possession of the commodity is forbidden and invalid, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Do not sell what you do not possess."
