Does the feeling of happiness when consuming intoxicants and drugs justify their use?

The disobedient one finds an immediate pleasure in disobedience, but it vanishes, leaving behind regret and pain. It is like delicious poisoned food that leads to destruction. Sins remove blessings and bring misfortunes, and Allah does not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves. Whoever seeks pleasure in what Allah has forbidden will be punished with the opposite of his intention, and will miss the pleasure of intimacy with Allah and the sweetness of obedience. What is with Allah can only be attained through His obedience.
