How can daily activities be transformed into acts of worship with the intention of earning reward and recompense, and how can sincerity of intention be achieved for Allah in all these matters? And is one intention sufficient, or must the intention be renewed before each act?

If a man spends on his family, seeking reward [from God], it is considered charity for him. Those with high aspirations transform their ordinary actions into acts of worship through pure intention. It is a condition to have a present intention for each action separately, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Indeed, actions are by intentions." Maintaining a present good intention is difficult for many people, but it becomes easy with practice.
