The answer

Servants are held accountable for the deeds of their hearts and the deeds of their bodies, and they may be tormented in their graves for them. Among the most dangerous of these is polytheism (shirk) with Allah the Almighty, where the two angels will question the occupant of the grave, saying, "I do not know." So it will be said to him, "You neither knew nor recited!" Then he will be struck with an iron hammer, and he will let out a scream that everything near him will hear, except for humans and jinn.
