What should I do with the debt owed by a man traveling to France; should I give it to his father, mother, or one of his brothers?

A debt is among the trusts that must be returned to their rightful owners. If the person is alive and his whereabouts are known, the debt must be paid to him personally, unless he instructs the debtor to pay it to his family or others. His address can be obtained from his family, and the amount can be transferred to him, or paid to those whom he authorizes to collect it.
