Is seeking knowledge with the intention of inviting family and relatives to Islam considered hypocrisy or dissimulation, or is one rewarded for it?

Seeking knowledge and understanding in the religion are among the best acts of drawing near to Allah, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whomever Allah wishes good for, He grants him understanding in the religion," and "Whoever treads a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise." Knowledge is intended for action, and among the most important actions is inviting people to Allah Almighty with insight. The most deserving of this are one's family and relatives, in compliance with the Almighty's saying: "And warn your closest kindred." So, seeking knowledge to act upon it, teach it, call to good, and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong with knowledge and insight, is among the greatest acts of drawing near to Allah. And loving to invite relatives does not contradict sincerity.
