Is it necessary to make the water reach the two opposing holes of the circumcision stitches, which extend inwards, when performing ghusl for janabah?

Water must reach every external part of the body during ghusl (definition) (ritual bath). For visible parts of perforations (in the ear or nose), water must reach them without causing harm. However, for internal or deep parts, it is not obligatory. Al-Nawawi stated: "If one's skin is torn due to a wound... and it is possible to convey water to its visible inner part without harm, then it is obligatory to convey it during ghusl and wudu'."
