Is it permissible for a girl to wear the Palestinian keffiyeh as a scarf around her neck with the intention of spreading Palestinian culture, and not to imitate men, knowing that the keffiyeh is that black and white piece worn by the elderly in Palestine?

It is forbidden for a girl to wear the Palestinian keffiyeh or the Saudi ghutra, or to place them around her neck, because they are men's attire, and in doing so, she imitates them. The Prophet (peace be upon him) cursed the women who imitate men. It is not a condition for the prohibition of imitation that one intends to imitate; rather, it is sufficient for the image itself, by which one imitates others, to occur.
