Is it permissible to adopt the Maliki school of thought, which excuses the emission of intermittent drops of urine after urination, in order to alleviate hardship?

If drops of urine are discharged every day, even if only once, the Maliki school of thought excuses it, and washing is not obligatory due to the difficulty of guarding against it. It is permissible to follow the Maliki school in this matter because an ordinary person is allowed to follow any of the recognized schools of thought of the people of knowledge. However, if the drops of urine usually stop, then the ruling of incontinence does not apply to you.
