It is permissible to deal with men, such as the patients' fathers or colleagues, to the necessary extent and within Sharia (definition) guidelines, such as avoiding khalwa (definition) (private seclusion), speaking in a soft and alluring manner, wearing the hijab (definition), and refraining from displaying adornments. If the work necessitates engaging in forbidden acts, it is not permissible except in extreme necessity. As for dividing work with female colleagues, it is permissible with the approval of the authorized official. The fundamental principle for a woman is her place in her home.
